About ICECI

The International Conference on Emerging Computation Intelligence (ICECI 2023) will be held in Hybrid mode at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, organized by the Department of Computer Science, on February 11-12, 2023. This conference is intended for researchers around the globe interested in the areas(not limited to) of Optimization, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Evolutionary Computation, Cyber Security, Fuzzy Logic, Signal Processing Theory and its methods, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Fog Computing, Internet of Things, Wireless Sensor Networks, various disorders and diseases, etc. The applications of Machine Learning and Computational Intelligence techniques in other domains are also welcome.

Department of Computer Science

Department of Computer Science, AMU is one of the oldest and pioneer departments of Computer Science in India. It came into existence in the year 1971 with the installation of IBM1130 Computing System, under the umbrella of Computer Centre and later blossomed into an independent department known as "Department of Computer Science" in the year 1988. Presently, this department offers various courses like Ph.D., M.C.A., M.Sc. Cyber Security & digital forensics, P.G.E.D.P., P.G.D.C.P. and B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Applications. The syllabi for these courses are designed by keeping under consideration the requirement of time as well as the demand of the IT industry. Students from both undergraduate and postgraduate courses have been able to secure a place in IT companies, like TCS, Accenture, Infosys, IBM, JK Techno soft, Info system, NIC, Wipro, Bharti Telesoft, and many more. Aligarh Muslim University

Aligarh Muslim University is a public central university in Aligarh, U.P., India. It was originally established by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan as the Muhammadan Anglo-Oriental College in 1875. Muhammadan Anglo-Oriental College became Aligarh Muslim University in 1920, following the Aligarh Muslim University Act. The university campus spans 1155* Acres Campus Area in the city of Aligarh, located about 130 kms away from New Delhi, the capital of India. At present, the university now boasts almost 39,367 students and 1,678 academic staff. It has 13 faculties comprising a wide spectrum of academic disciplines, 117 departments, 13 centers and offers about 325 courses. The University has laboratories equipped with modern and sophisticated instruments to encourage quality research.

AMU ranked among top ten Indian Universities in the 2021 NIRF India Rankings. For the second year running, AMU finds a place in the 2021 ARWU (Academic Ranking of World Universities, also called Shanghai Ranking) list which contains only 14 topmost Indian institutions. Among Universities in India, AMU ranked fourth in India Today Ranking 2021. Among Universities in India, AMU ranked eighth in CWUR (Centre for World University Rankings) World University Rankings 2021-22 released in April 2021. In the subject-specific ranking results of US News & World Report in its 7th Annual Survey released in December 2020, for the subject "Biology and BioChemistry", AMU ranked first among all institutions and universities in India. For the subject "Mathematics", AMU is the only institution which has been ranked in India. Among Universities in India, AMU ranked fourth overall by US News & World Report in its 7th Annual Best Global Universities Rankings released in December 2020.AMU finds a place for the first time ever in the 2020 ARWU (Academic Ranking of World Universities, also called Shanghai Ranking) topmost universities list which contains only 15 topmost Indian Institutions. Publication and Indexing

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research manuscripts in the areas (not limited to) of Optimization, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Evolutionary Computation, Fuzzy Logic, Blockchain Technology, Cyber-Physical Systems, Cloud Computing, Fog Computing, Internet of Things, Wireless Sensor Networks, various disorders, and diseases, etc.

Submissions must be made electronically through Microsoft CMT. Paper should be in pdf form in the given format. All papers will be reviewed by at least three experts using a double-blind review process.

All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors. High quality papers will be published in the Scopus Indexed proceedings or journals. All presented papers will be published in Conference proceedings with ISBN. The extended version of selected papers will be invited to submit and be considered for SCIE-indexed journals.

Paper Submission

  • 1. The paper (pdf file) must be submitted electronically through Microsoft CMT.

  • 2. Paper must be in the given format with a minimum of 8 pages and a maximum of 12 pages.

  • 3. Authors are encouraged to submit mathematical, empirical and experimental research work only.

  • 4. The abstracts and manuscripts will be uploaded by the authors on or before the deadlines.

  • 5. The plagiarism must be less than 10%.

  • 6. All papers will be reviewed by at least three experts using a double-blind review process.

  • 7. All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors.

  • 8. TPC committee will initiate the review process and further intimate the final outcome to the authors in due time.

  • 9. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Scopus Indexed proceedings.

  • 10. The extended version of selected papers will be invited to submit and be considered for SCIE-indexed journals.
